YACHT MARINA & RESORT DEVELOPMENT OF PULAU KLAH – SABANG, ACEH

Property Description

Klah Island is designated for marine tourism. BPKS has agreed development collaboration with Marine Development Industries, Ltd. to built and operate Yacht Marina in Klah Island. As the gateway to Indonesia, Klah Island is an ideal location for yachters. Its proximity to other yacht marina (Langkawi & Phuket) enable boat owners to conveniently sail from those points.

This international marina, will have 65 floating concrete berths including two berths for mega yachts up to 130 feet.

Besides yachters, Sabang it self is a destination with 750.000 visitors per year,  a perfect island to relax and unwind over the weekend or pursue a wide range of boating activities such as cruising, fishing, diving, snorkeling, and island hopping.

One of the industry needed to support the ecosystem is a resort that connect to the yacht marina to provide a resort for both yachters and tourist visitors.

Several reasons to invest a resort in Klah Island :

- With a long-term concession period, its financial returns rank high among reasons for investment.

- The possibility to deduct depreciation for hotel real estate makes tax efficiency an important reason for hotel investment.
