About DPMPTSP

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Aceh (Indonesian), translated as Aceh Investment Promotion Agency and One Stop Services (DPMPTSP Aceh) in English, is a government agency in Aceh that is responsible for implementing matters related to investment in Aceh. 

DPMPTSP Aceh is formed based on Qanun Aceh No. 13 of 2016 concerning the Formation and Composition of Aceh's Apparatus (Qanun Aceh Nomor 13 Tahun 2016 tentang Pembentukan dan Susunan Perangkat Aceh), DPMPTSP Aceh was established as a department responsible for the governance of investment and one-stop integrated services in the province of Aceh.

DPMPTSP Aceh plays a crucial role in promoting investment, facilitating business development, and providing integrated services to investors and businesses in Aceh. As the main access point, DPMPTSP Aceh is tasked with simplifying licensing procedures and coordinating various investment-related services.

DPMPTSP Aceh has the responsibility of assisting the Governor of Aceh in implementing matters related to investment that fall under the jurisdiction of the region, as well as providing support tasks assigned to the region.

The functions of DPMPTSP include: 

- Formulating policies in the field of planning and development, investment promotion, licensing services, investment supervision and control, complaint handling and service improvement, and data and information management.

- Coordinating policies in the field of planning and development, investment promotion, licensing services, investment supervision and control, complaint handling and service improvement, and data and information management.

- Implementing policies in the field of planning and development, investment promotion, licensing services, investment supervision and control, complaint handling and service improvement, and data and information management.

- Conducting evaluation and reporting in the field of planning and development, investment promotion, licensing services, investment supervision and control, complaint handling and service improvement, and data and information management.

- Implementing administration and supervision to all working units within the DPMPTSP Aceh and DPMPTSP Kabupaten/Kota.
